这次的《人间四月天》活动在摄版和诗版同时展开
我在摄影版的表现还算踊跃,一口气发了六帖 步兄的表现更是可圈可点,看着我三张片片说话
我拍片咔嚓几下就OK 步兄凑字分分钟就出货 看起来好像都很容易 经历过的人都晓得不那么简单
感动于步兄对卓弟的支持 特料理一餐包子犒劳兼答谢
可能是家传,吃馅儿酷爱茴香菜
也不知步兄是不是喜欢 但知你也许会喜欢着我的喜欢

食 材茴香、肉糜、自发粉 橄榄油、香油、黄酒、大葱、鲜姜、生抽、精盐
制 作
自发粉用温水和软,盖上
因为气温不高也没暖气,所以发的时间比较长,大约5个小时 加干面粉将发好的面揉匀,再醒半小时
茴香洗净、控水
肉糜加黄酒、香油、葱姜末、少许生抽,搅拌均匀入味
茴香切碎放进肉馅里,加橄榄油、精盐,搅拌均匀
醒好的发面放到面板上,揉出气泡 再揉成条、切劲、擀皮、放馅、捏褶
包子冷水上屉,为免粘,屉上抹少许香油
小火慢熏,上汽后转中火,15分钟后ok

在醋碟旁放了一罐辣酱给你,随意哦
